Directions for Use:
Pre-Event Use: Administer one Pak 3-6 hours before event during or after mealtime.
Alternate Directions for Use: Administer 1/2 Pak the day before event and 1/2 Pak 3-6 hours before the event during or after mealtime.
For Best Results: Mix Blitz!® Pak™ and Power Pak® Nitro™ or Power Pak® NY together. Administer all the powder the day of or the day before the event, or administer half the powder the day before and half the powder the day of the event during or after mealtime.
